If we compare this price from the same period a year ago, the median home sales price decreased by 8.5 % or $ 10,200. Additionally, the number of home sales also decreased by 26.8%. According to Trulia, there are currently 3,832 resale and new homes in Bradenton including 23 open houses, as well as, 2200 homes in the pre-foreclosure, auction, or bank-owned stages of the foreclosure process. The average listing price for homes for sale in Bradenton FL was $222,671 for the week ending Mar 09, which represents an increase of 0.1%, or $157, compared to the prior week.
